Pathway to Recovery

An ASAM Level 2.1 Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed specifically for adolescents ages 10–17.

About the Program

Program Overview

Pathway to Recovery is a structured, evidence-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides adolescents with the clinical support they need while allowing them to remain in their home, school, and community. The program meets ASAM Level 2.1 criteria and is designed to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions in adolescents ages 10–17.

Services are provided 3–5 days per week, with a minimum of 3 service hours per treatment day — approximately 9–19 hours per week based on clinical need. A typical program length is 8–12 weeks, though duration is individualized based on clinical progress and treatment goals.
